Facelift

A facelift is a procedure used to address laxity and extra skin in the lower face and neck. A common misconception is that the facelift will address the entire face but it is designed to lift the neck and jowl area. A facelift will sharpen the jaw line, remove the bands that normally develop in the neck, firm up the neck skin, tighten some of the cheek skin. It can be combined with other procedures such as laser resurfacing or chemical peels to give the face a tighter, less wrinkled appearance.
